Hours

Phones answered 24/7, every day.

Site visits and office meetings by appointment. The office is a working office, not a walk-in showroom, so please ring before you drive over.

What happens after you get in touch

Somebody calls you back and asks what is going on with the roof. If it can wait, we book an inspection; if there is water coming in, we talk about tonight first. At the inspection we climb the roof, photograph every slope and every detail we are worried about, and send you a report with those photographs in it. The report is yours whether or not you hire us, and there is no charge for any of that.

If the roof needs work, the estimate comes from the person who was on it. We take no deposit; you pay when the job is finished. If a hail or wind claim is involved, you file your own claim — Texas Insurance Code §4102.163 forbids a roofer from acting as your public adjuster — and we document the damage, meet your adjuster on the roof if you invite us, and build to the approved scope.

Commercial and property managers: request a bid — roof surveys, bid packages and maintenance agreements are handled separately from residential work.

Common questions

Can I stop by your office?

Please call first. Our office on Commons Road in Dripping Springs is where the paperwork and the vans live, not a showroom, and on most days everyone who could help you is on a roof somewhere between Wimberley and Georgetown. If you want to sit down with somebody, ring the number above and we will fix a time — that way there is a person waiting for you instead of a locked door.

Are you really available 24/7?

Our phones are answered 24/7, every day, including holidays. That is a genuine commitment and it is not the same as a crew on the roof at 3 a.m. What you get on an overnight call is help stopping the water, a decision with you about whether it needs a tarp before anyone can get there, and your job put into the schedule for the next available slot.

How fast can someone come look at my roof?

We do not publish a response clock, because the honest answer changes with the week. Our phones are answered 24/7 and we schedule the next available slot, with an active leak ahead of a routine inspection or an estimate. After a hail storm the queue stretches, because every roofer in the county is booked at once — we will give you a real date on the phone rather than an optimistic one, and if we cannot get to you quickly we will say so.

Do you serve my area?

We work out of Dripping Springs across the Hill Country and greater Austin. Rather than list towns, we publish the places we have actually completed jobs on our where-we-work page, each tied to a real roof. If your address is not named there, call and ask — if we cover you we will say so, and if we do not we will tell you that too instead of driving out to sell you something.
