Terms of use

These terms cover this website. They do not cover your roof — the work itself is governed by the written agreement you sign for your job, and where the two ever disagree, the signed agreement is the one that counts.

What a request on this site is

Submitting a form here asks us to contact you and, usually, to come and look at a roof. It is not a contract, it does not commit you to anything, and it does not commit us to taking the work. Nothing on this site is an offer to enter into an agreement, and no price is binding until it is in a written scope you have in your hand.

A request is also not an insurance claim, and it does not appoint us to handle one. You file your own claim. Texas Insurance Code §4102.163 forbids a roofer from acting as your public adjuster, and we do not. What we do is inspect, photograph, measure, meet your adjuster on the roof if you invite us, build to the approved scope, and supplement with evidence when the scope comes back short. We never promise an outcome.

What the photographs and the copy mean

Every job photograph on this site is one of ours, taken on a roof we worked on. They are examples of work, not a promise that your roof will look the same, cost the same or take the same time. The written material describes how we normally work; a specific building can always be the exception, which is why we look before we quote.

Text, photographs, the Waypoint name and the Waypoint marks are ours. You are welcome to link to any page here. You are not welcome to republish the photographs or the marks as your own.

Text messages and email

If you tick the SMS box you agree to receive text messages about your inspection, estimate and job. Consent is not a condition of purchase, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time. How we store that record is set out in our privacy policy.

Availability, and getting it wrong

We try to keep this site accurate and up. Neither is guaranteed. If you find something on here that is out of date or plainly wrong, telling us is genuinely useful — the email below reaches a person.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
